Mission Statement
Onyx Journal of Business and Social Sciences (OJBSS) is a peer reviewed journal founded in 2022 with the mission of providing high quality scientific content to academic researchers and business practitioners. It focuses to provide intellectually stimulating forum where researchers can share their ideas, experiments, commerce related themes and topics in a friendly, supportive and thought provoking environment. The editorial board of OJBSS is committed to promote the journal as one of the leading and globally reputable essential reading in contemporary commerce during the next five years to come.

Aim and Scope
Onyx Journal of Business and Social Sciences (OJBSS) is an annual open access journal published by Serani Foundation (a non profit institution) of Pakistan. It is devoted to the study of commerce, business economics and social sciences. It attempts to publish quality research focusing on multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary empirical research related to full range of commerce and cognate disciplines. Since the foundation of OJBSS in 2022, the journal had been accepting submissions in all discipline of social sciences and business studies. Further quantitative and qualitative research with strong data analysis would only be processed for peer review.

OJBSS has completed its 1st volume and likes to move towards higher standards and strict control over submissions in accordance with the domains of business and social sciences, following the latest guidelines of  HEC. OJBSS is committed to make a positive impact through research endeavors containing substantial and original contributions on latest emerging topics focusing on Asian markets in the following areas:

Publication Charges
OJBSS charges a nominal fee of $60 for process and online publishing. There is no submission/review charges for all authors intended to submit their research endeavors to OJBSS.

Waiver policy

We offer a complete or partial fee waiver on a case-by-case basis for individual authors or author groups affiliated with a university or institute in low income or lower / middle income economies as defined by the World Bank, and which had a 2013 gross domestic product of less than 200 billion US dollars. Please check the list below. If the author group includes researchers from universities or institutes in high income economies, the publication fee will likely not be waived.

Please request your waiver when you make your submission in the journal’s Editorial Manager site. Requests for waivers for manuscripts that are already under peer review or in production will not be granted.
